The senior students, as a part of the competition, conducted mock group discussions and personal interviews for the junior batch, as a preparation for the summer placements. The event saw enthusiastic participation by nervous interviewees, all dressed in proper formal attire. The interviewees gained insights on how to behave and put their points forward in a group discussion, as well as learned how to answer academic and attitude related questions in interviews. Top Talent proved to be helpful for both freshers, and students with work experience, alike.
