  • He has 17.5 years of work experience in Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Training & Professional Development which includes four years as Associate Professor with Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi and nearly one year with International Management Institute (IMI), Bhubaneswar. He also has worked with several other B-Schools in capacity of Associate Professor and has rich industry experience as well as has also practiced at Allahabad High Court in the area of Labour and Industrial laws. He has authored three books and his cases and papers have been published in many national and international journals. He also imparts corporate trainings in the area of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Training of trainers, Negotiation Skills, Personal Effectiveness to name a few.
